Song of the Day

Because it's not quite midnight and I don't see it posted. Y'all gonna make me pick it today huh?  Aight then, I'll go outlaw country with a rock flavor.  This chick is pretty cool but like Hank III, she doesn't kiss any ass and is completely independent.  Give her some love...

Re: Song of the Day

Not a Gaga fan but that was cool.  Here's ole Black Eyed Peas Fergie doing the metal gig with Slash from 15 years ago...barely covered snuss all over this classic vid.

Re: Song of the Day

Alice Cooper was a "shock value" mastermind up there with Bowie, Ozzy, and Gene Simmons.  Dude was probably ahead of his time with the vocals!  That shit is mild ass childs play compared to whats going on nowadays.

Re: Song of the Day

Kiss was/is average at best but still crank out albums and make millions.  Simmons is a brilliant marketer if nothing else. Ozzy was the shit.  Alice Cooper could sell out any venue in the 70s on shock value alone!

Bowie was a master, in a class by himself...I'm damn glad I had the opportunity to see him live.  That dude had range that was freakish. I was riding my tractor last week jammin to Ziggy Stardust cool

Bowie v. Freddie Mercury?

I’m on team Mercury.

Re: Song of the Day

Freddie was special too; I gotta go team Bowie tho.  He was actually less flamboyant!  lol  And his range was better.

To each his own.

For me FM is the standard bearer.

Not discounting DB at all.
