Slow Monday OT - Top 3 Greatest Albums You Have Owned

Doesn't need to be mainstream or have high record sales. Don't care about genre, just your go to albums as long as you own them.......

No specific order

Appetite for Destruction - GNR
Hot Rocks 1964 - 1971 Rolling Stones

Wildcard
Hysteria - Def Leppard

Re: Slow Monday OT - Top 3 Greatest Albums You Have Owned

GnR is tough to beat for pure hard rock, and Nightrain is quintessential.

Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti
Pink Floyd - Animals
Queen - Queen

And which version of Gimme Shelter, Stones or Grand Funk Railroad?

Re: Slow Monday OT - Top 3 Greatest Albums You Have Owned

TTT many....

TOOL - Ænema (and all their others)

Ozzy - Blizzard of Oz

Alice in Chains - Dirt (as dark as it gets)

AC/DC - Dirty Fucking Deeds Done Dirt Cheep

Aerosmith - Live! Bootleg

VH - Fair Warning

Hendrix - Blues

Metallica -  Kill 'em All

==================

GnR could be the worst band I've ever seen live.....saw them when they opened for the Cult at the Saenger in nawlins.....they were tossing out appetite for destruction to the crowd like frisbees (had just been released)

Hard for anyone to top that Robert Johnson set.

People want to link legends of music in America.

This is the origin.  The keystone.

The rest of my list would include BB King and SRV.  You pick the album.

The one that speaks to you is the best.
