You have to think that if Griggs' wrist is healthy, he will start at QB. It should be obvious at this point.

Howard has started 4 games and passed for 591 yards, including the games he did not start. A reputation as a good running QB preceded him this season, but Howard has only rushed 26 times for 50 yards (includes sacks, I suppose).
