FSU took care of business today

They beat the Gators and only UL-Giannini stands between them and a bowel berth.

So are we on a collision course with the Noles? Shreveport's probably about as good a bowel game as they can expect this year.

I’d rather lose to FSU in the Independence Bowl than beat Central Michigan in the Bahamas

Same here. I've already blocked off vacation time. I'll go and yell myself hoarse, very grateful for one more turn in the spotlight. They've gotten pretty hard to come by.

Re: FSU took care of business today

Believe we will play Duke.

FSU is starting to gel and is still a top 3-4 team in the country in terms of talent despite their struggles. Wouldn't be pretty if we faced off against the Seminoles.

Duke isn't a powerhouse by any stretch of the imagination, but they are an ACC team that has been bowling pretty regularly under Cutcliffe. Would be a winnable game for us to take some momentum into 2018.

We finished 3rd in our SUNWACUSA division. I'd be very, very happy playing any P5 school in a drivable bowl game.
