Underrated moments in Southern Miss history

What are some great USM moments that people kinda forget about?

I'll start off with these:

2006 NC State football
2008 Rice baseball series win
2010 UCF football
Beating the shit out of Ole Miss basketball in Biloxi. Forgot the year but it was glorious.

We didn't win, but it was pretty damn cool when a 2nd-ranked Memphis team played at RGC. Probably never have that chance in a revenue sport again.

Re: Underrated moments in Southern Miss history

2000 Mobile Alabama Bowl was fun. It was freezing, the stadium was full, and we won. It was Tomlinson's last game as an amateur. Jeff Kelly threw a 29 yard TD pass to Kenneth Johnson to win the game as time expired. TCU was ranked, and I remember that some assclown who was trying to get with my mother in law bet a bunch of money on TCU because he couldn't understand why TCU (top 10 team, I think) wasn't more highly favored.
