At this pace they need to put in Howard in the 4th

As Howard's biggest detractor, I have no problem with a decision to start him in the second half and give him the entire half if it goes well. Let him get reps with no pressure.

Or maybe he will reinjure his hand or something so Daddy can start Keon the last two games.

That's what Lee Roberts said. You might argue that he at least shouldn't be carrying the ball, but keeps and options are just part of the offense.
