Seems like a good hire. Was this guy ever on USM's radar? He's held the head job at MGCCC and at Delta State. He coached to offense at MTSU for a while. More recently, he was a winner in the Sun Belt.

Haven't seen a salary number mentioned, but he was only making around $165,000 per year at his last job.
