The coolest video to watch while tripping on acid. And Peter Gabriel's sledgehammer.

Sledgehammer may be my least favorite song ever.

Wait, did you mean "worst song of the '80s? If so, it's a dead heat between Wang Chung and Styx's "Mr. Roboto".

Re: Song of the day 12/23

They were horrible. I guess the acid from the 60s really messed them up in the 80s

There are only three 80s songs that are good. Everybody have fun tonight, I’m too sexy and everybody wants to rule the world. Nothing is better than those three.

Re: Song of the day 12/23

HA -- I saw Aldo Nova open for Cheap Trick in Biloxi...fucking fabulous

Saw Ratt there too and some jackasses from NJ opened for them...7800 degrees F tour of Suck Jovi.  I went for some beers and a piss when the jersey boys were playing.

The Def Lep Hi & Dri album was one of the very best early 80s albums made along with the first Ratt album.  The Cult's Electric was pretty damn good too along with any of the Whitesnake and GNR works so don't gimme some Flock of Seagulls shit!  And Queensryche, don't forget about Queensryche (saw them in New Orleans)!!

Re: Song of the day 12/23

Didn't get to see Astbury and Billie back in the day but understand the last few years he spends too much time talking left wing politics.  Son of Dixie (an EP curmudgeon in hiding) saw them a couple years ago and had to yell at Ian to STFU and sing when it was dead quiet...he got applause for it.

I saw Ratt in Jxn with JBJ opening. Crowd was restless while he performed waiting on the headliners.
