We didn’t even have our first loss until Feb 22 last season.......this team is already falling behind last years squad.

Tonight was tough. I feel like the Eagles spent a lot of energy sweeping State. They will find a happy medium. This is a good team, maybe a great team. Go Eagles.

Good teams don't lose games like this.  Sorry fellas...we ain't goin to Omaha this season.  We'll have a good season but we won't get passed the first round.

I see us having multiple series losses against average or below average teams this season and us being on the bubble for post season play. When we lose those series, the push for Chad will grow with each loss. Why can’t everyone that actually follows this program and has for years just be honest and admit Berry is a good coach that has never beaten a top seed in the dance.....if we actually make the dance......his only post season wins are:

South Alabama x2
Jacksonville St
University of Illinois Chicago

Let that sink in.......

His losses are to
MS State x3
Auburn
USA x2
Clemson
GT

So after 8 years you beat USA, JST, and UIC.
If you expect a better result this season my first question is based on what? We had plenty of talent in years past as well and have nothing to show for it. Chad might not be the answer but I would like to give him half of the chances we have given Berry at this point. The worst thing that could happen by giving Chad the job is what exactly?

This is the best team we've ever had. Get Colt and Keating back and stay healthy and we should be a top 8 team and have a real shot at winning The World Series.
