Bartolo Colón

He pitched 8 perfect innings against the Astros yesterday. Having watched him pitch so bad for the Braves last year that he got cut, I find this surprising. I was always pulling for him (and for R.A. Dickey) but he just couldn't figure it out in Atlanta.

Re: Bartolo Colón

Watched him with the Twins after the Braves cut him and he was just slightly better.

Rangers were going to assign him to the minors at the end of spring training but he worked it out at the last minute with the GM. Was hoping he pull the perfect game and then immediately retire last night.....

He is also the last active player to play for the Expos.....
