Competition at the QB spot is good. The best USM QBs have been surprise competition winners: Roberts, Davis, and Mullens all fall into this category in some way.
At WR, Tim Jones used to look like a prospect. Not sure what his "unspecified injury" is, though.
Bubba Fludd was a two-star DB recruit who is apparently now a receiver.
Trevor Terry is an unknown. He looks the part, but doesn't have much of a resume, yet. Hopefully he can catch, if the coaches provide him with the opportunity.
At DB, Ty Williams is a good signing from EMCC. He's not a lock for greatness, but I have a feeling he'll at least fill a role.
I see Ty Barnes as a weak-side safety in the classic sense. He's not a cornerback, nor is he a headhunter, but I can see him filling a centerfielder / "free" safety role.
Bring back Reed V. "Pie" TurkPalmer Eustachy.
