Kind of confirms my fear that Hopson is making Vienna sausages out of filet mignon. His teams have had a lot of talent. That 2012 team... man, I went to the home opener, and they just looked small and slow. The 2011 team couldn't have been *that* different, talent-wise.

Coaching is just so important in football. Hopson isn't Ellis Johnson. Sajason isn't Steve Maples. That said, last year's team was anything but small and slow, and yet it let North Texas put on a boat race in Hattiesburg. I understand chance plays a role, and everybody has a bad day at the office sometimes... but come on. Doc Sadler may be the best head coach in an important sport at USM right now, and that's unfortunate.

"I don't think being in the 6th best conference is too bad."
"Look for Crickets Robertson to be one of the first 64 players chosen in the draft."
"Went to Starkville and came within one bad throw of taking the series."

The word "datoo" is an example of onomatopoeia. Its spelling reflects the sound made when Keon Howard reads his own number aloud.

yam purdy goot at figuurin......however, in this case I whiffed it and thought it was comparative to size and stature of MoreITO!

he's given me quite a bit of shite how I've state MoreITO! was a gimme putt to get drafted.....will bet he doesn't pull any of those fuckers out of his 'arse from the past'.....

During an early interview Leon Keon stated of his stellar teammates that they were all great, he was just " Datoo dat make da mucheen go".

He just Datoo. I like Datoo, he's always smiling and never balked when Bunny Rabbit jerked Griggs and him around. He's also an example of the 13th grade argument of " We need more local chillrens to boost attendance" proven by the throng of 12,000 on hand to witness Datoo's effort vs. Kentucky.

Datoo will be playing on Sundays. Probably poker in Moselle, possibly the organ at Mount Zion A.M.E on New Orleans St. He'll still be my hero.

I'll never forget the first time I heard him attempt the English language in a one on one interview. I wish I could, but when the human brain experiences a major shock it's pretty much imprinted for life.
