Southern Miss Memorabilia

A few posters on another site posted photos of their TyndallTownUSA Southern Miss T Shirt and another person posted a Everyone Beats Our Johnson 0-12 shirt. Anyone on here got anything unique from Southern Miss? Most of what I have collected over the years can still be purchased online outside of some gameday programs.

Re: Southern Miss Memorabilia

I've shown off most of my stuff here in various threads. I have a USM watch, two bowl programs, a signed copy of John Cox's book, and dozens of ticket stubs.

Nine years worth of pay stubs. Free to good home.

That game against Nebraska was horrible football. We ended up sucking less than them. Yet, it’s one of Bowers biggest wins......

That season was a roller coaster ride. The way the bottom dropped out after they got into the top 25 just sucked.

I remember going to the Houston game and the Cal game clearly. That Houston game was one of the best football games I've ever watched.

Driving down to the New Orleans Bowl, in windy sub-freezing weather, my car stalled on I-10 in New Orleans East. I walked West, blindly, until I got to an auto parts store. I bought an alternator and a battery, walked back, and changed them on the side of the highway.

My girlfriend stood outside in the cold while I did that. That was really cool. I just thank God that car was an old Cutlass and not one of those sidewinder foreign jobs.

You left out the most amazing part of that story.  How or why you were not murdered and she was not raped is a mystery.  Y'all were probably spared by the freezing weather!

I didn't even think about that until now but yeah, that neighborhood is pretty terrible. I guess we were too focused on the cold to even be afraid. I looked it up and it was 42 degrees with a steady 15mph North wind.
