Agree.. He said it nicely..... We had a baseball player leave a month or so ago that bashed it in his statement. I personally don't think very highly of going that route.

We convinced him for years he was a qb. I would guess he was told he wasn’t in the mix to start this season. Since he is now convinced he is a qb Hop is probably helping him land somewhere in the SWAC.

Entirely possible. During the Spring, I got the impression that he was still the man at QB, but Spring is not Fall.

Yeah, good luck to him and I appreciate him leaving with class.  He was never going to be THE QB to take us to the next level but he was decent enough.    Hopefully the other QBs will step up.
