I was thinking about that play around the 10 yard line on the NC AT return. A+ for effort......

Well ECU lost to the FCS.....Talk about a dumpster fire of a football program right now. They will owe Scottie Montgomery 2 million if they part after this season which is why you never do 5 year contracts.

LFed makes a visit to ECU next weekend. Crowd should favor the Red Bull squad based on today’s attendance.

not only did the corner have a head of steam working and a 10 yd. head start, but ol' whitey had to spin and managed to closed the gap within a yard by the time he crossed the goal line.....

that was flat out impressive.....whoever the corner is, is hardly a leon lett that never 'let' up.... wink

Funny you said that.....I look at Boneyardbanter.com from time to time. Some of their fans want to close down football now and go all in on basketball. Seems like I have heard that before somewhere......didn’t realize that they have lost to the FCS two consecutive years.
I still love they hired John Thompson back in the day. You know we would have hired him if Bower left 4-5 years earlier......

One wonders if they try and hire Fed since he is connected within the high school coaches in North Carolina.

I don’t. He was one of the hot DC’s for a four year window going from Memphis to LSU(for about one weekend) to Arkansas and Florida. Would not have been surprised if he would have been on a short list if we were looking for a coach between 99-2002.....

I feel like Thomspon got figured out by a lot of other coaches circa 1996-1998. He was out of coaching before he turned 60.

Dude apparently lives in Alpharetta now. Wonder if he ever makes the quick drive down to Roswell to visit the Jeff Bower Museum.

Fair comment. Considered? Maybe. Hired? That is all I was getting at. I am not giving you a hard time. Get on a committee. You will see how this works.

Re: 109 yard Pick 6

I’m on my HOA committee.

You don’t mow your yard for two consecutive weekends? You are going to hear from me......
Leave your trash cans out on Thursday when trash pickup is on Wednesday? You are going to hear from me........

As far as I’m concerned I am more than qualified to hire the next EJ......
