Game 3 was moved to 9am Friday anticipating the storm coming through today.

Somehow yesterday it was pushed back to 10am.

Shockingly, the game has been cancelled and will not count because we didn't make it through 5 innings.

We were up 7-1.

You can't make this shit up.

Whole series was frickin' classic.

Really looking forward to our epic battle with Southern University, a team that's already given up 13 to Northwestern State and Air Force, and 17 to LSU. I looked at that number and thought, "how do you give up 17 in baseball?" Apparently giving up 8 in the first is a nice down payment on it.

How do you hold Walker until Sunday knowing we would be lucky to get it in. Why was the decision made to play at 10 after they initially announced 9?  This whole weekend was a TTTfest.

Did you expect anything different.

Weather wasn't an issue Friday, the field was a disaster.

The field was still a disaster Saturday FYI.

Powell needed extra time for his arm is the story.

Stevie hurt himself Saturday morning with slip on a pitch.  It was all downhill from there.

The time change is baffling at best.  9am gave you a chance to get it in.

10am did not.

I honestly believe they are still thinking gate and concession revenue first by not starting at 9. Selling a hot dog and a coke to the church crowd at 11:30 was probably the only factor with first pitch time today.

I guess Gonzaga has a say as well in all fairness. Start at 9 is 7AM body clock time for Gonzaga and you can play the “avoid an injury” card if you are the Zags skipper. The players safety card was played here in Frisco today for the final day of the classic with Ms St, Texas Tech, Nebraska and SHSt. Even though they played the first two games in a light drizzle with the temps around 40 degrees the first two days they thought 37 degrees and clear and sunny wasn’t acceptable and risked injury and cancelled the final day.
