CUSA bowel games

UNCC lost 31-9. To Buffalo.

SMU (-7) vs. FAU

Arkansas State (-1) vs. FIU

App. State (-17.5) vs. UAB

UCF (-17) vs. Marshall

Miami, FL (-6) vs. LA Tech

Western Michigan (+3) vs. WKU - the lone CUSA favorite

Tulane (-7) vs. USM

League is a collective 52.5 point underdog in the 7 remaining games. How does this continue? Someone put this thing out of its misery!

Re: CUSA bowel games

Charlotte gets a pass since they exceeded expectations under a new staff. Heck they even gave App St a tough game this season and are definitely heading in the right direction.

Definitely shocked how well FAU is playing against SMU. Last update I saw they were beating them by 3 scores. They just hired Jim Leavitt as their DC so they will be a defensive power next season.

Re: CUSA bowel games

FAU 42 - SMU 14. Wow.

FIU's game is on at the same time. Seems a little stupid.

Re: CUSA bowel games

Nothing like my hard earned tax dollars paying for a $70 million dollar stadium here in McKinney, TX only to have Martha Saunders win a national championship in football in it this afternoon......

Talk about insulting

Re: CUSA bowel games

FAU put up 52 points on them on ABC on a Saturday.

Probably the most impressive thing this incarnation of the conference will ever do.

I'm glad I posted this thread.

Re: CUSA bowel games

Looks like UAB is probably done for. It's still the 3rd quarter but they just haven't done anything since that fast start.

App St got away with a face mask on a 4th down play.

It just means more in the Sun Belt.....

Re: CUSA bowel games

Chris Peterson coached his last game at Washington today, beating his old Boise St program 38-7.

Nobody was happier than his older brother, Transitioning Tony, shown here on the far right during the post game presser.....
