And what possible grounds could they have for action? "We joined this conference and it turns out they kind of suck?" If that were illegal the rest of CUSA would be on death row.

Dumb move by the Commissioner to assume the new media rights deal voided the agreement with Boise to bring them back to the MWC after their cup of coffee in the Big East
