The NCAA announced that it is banning all of its championship events from being in the state as long as the Confederate emblem is included on the Mississippi state flag.

I hear you, but one could argue the courts have set a precedence for my question by ruling against private businesses who denied services to certain groups, for example, by claiming religious exemption (i.e. baking a wedding cake for a same-sex couple).  In this case, what does playing baseball have to do with a personal opinion regarding whether a state's flag is offensive or not? I don't agree with the courts stepping in for either case, just stating that it wouldn't be the first time it has happened.
