Southern Miss: A "W" is a "W", but we gave up 34 points to one of the worst C-USA teams I've ever seen. Griggs & Co. should handle Charlotte and struggle with Marshall.
Alabama: got punched in the mouth by an underrated Miss. State team. Saban continues to live by the boring, no-frills playcalling, and almost died by the same sword (again).
Auburn: Would have destroyed Alabama yesterday. Saban has the better team, but with his unimaginative, play-it-safe approach, Auburn is one of quite a few teams capable of raising up and beating Bama on a given day. Especially at Jordan Hare.
Miami: That Cuban chain thing is PERFECT! Does any symbol better reflect a college football team's persona than that oversized, gaudy piece of tackiness? I'm a Miami hater, but something looks right about seeing those guys at the center of the universe on national TV on a SAturday night.
Miss. State - very, very good football team. Speed, physical, and QB. Three losses are to Georgia, Auburn, and Alabama.
Notre Dame - WTF? Is this how you guys show up to stake your claim for a playoff spot? Not ready for prime time yet.
Ohio State: I'm no longer listening to anyone touting the Buckeyes until J.T. Barrett has moved on. He's the most overrated player in the game and can't be trusted to lead a big time offense each week.
