Amazing how easy it is in this conference, if you've got the money, to hire an established coach, bring in a bunch of Jucos, and manufacture a championship.

Florida Atlantic went the path of WKU a few years back with the Petrino like second chance hire. WKU did well with letting his top assistant take over when Petrino left and turned into a solid program but seems to have missed this season. FAU needs to hire another homerun that will keep the momentum going with that team. Fans haven't bought in yet based on attendance figures but you keep winning and they will start to show up. I see them grabbing a Les Miles or even a Hugh Freeze if Kiffin jumps to the P5. A coach getting a million to live in Boca Raton for 1-2 years....not a bad gig.
