"Coach Willie Fritz already has addressed quarterback 1.) Keon Howard’s interception into double coverage before halftime — he was baited into a bad decision by Navy cornerback Cameron Kinley — and the fourth-and-5 deep pass that did not work with 4:41 left, saying Howard had a short option (tight end Tyrick James) but chose the long one. 2.) No one is excusing Howard’s off-target throws, but the receivers definitely played a significant role. With the score tied at 24, Jones dropped a fourth-down ball in the flat 3.) that Howard through behind him under heavy duress."

"After allowing 526 yards of total offense to Southern Alabama in Week 1, The Golden Eagles defense 1.) looked significantly better through the first three quarters against Louisiana Tech. Southern Miss 2.) forced their first punt of the season early in the third quarter and 3.) held the Bulldogs to 10 points midway through the third." hmm

It’s a better football league. The money and exposure is equivalent. They have solid baseball programs. It’s geographically friendlier.

Honestly, is there any downside to moving?

Convince UAB, La Tech and one other school to join us and it would be a solid 14 team conference in a tight geographical footprint.

I mean it's silly as dog shit that we don't play The Ragin Cajuns!

Ironic isn't it that sports as such a central and uniquely American institution is being turned into a tool of its destruction, much like education already has.

USM's treasured "diversity" is a damn lie and instead of teaching students critical thinking skills and the ability to discern, has programmed them into political zombies. They aren't allowed to consider that maybe there is more to the incidents than was spun. I cannot in good conscience suffer this out of the school or these players.

College is flirting with it...Mr. Potato Head should be careful not further alienate the tattered remnant of our 12k core.

Maybe high schools can maintain some purity, for a while.

I second this. The pros have doubled down and USM is on the verge.

I guess you can get engaged at the Student Engagement Area and then get married under that little pavilion thing they were building.

Not before a stop at the Wellness Center/VD Clinic.

You are probably correct.

The lemmings are racing to see who can out virtue signal the others, and insanity is now a virtue.

You gotta know that Judy and MPH are itching like they wiped with the wrong leaves.

One hell of a red pill. Not the contention of the writer, but it isn't hard to imagine a step further, that since all else failed to dent the POTUS, a massive escallation came about, in rhythm like the next shot in a revolver. In other terms, it is believable that the democrats in league with an increasingly pressured communist Chinese gov't, pulled this trigger.
