It was never true, particularly of technologically advanced products and products affecting life and limb, but it's even less true now.

before reading, I'm simply going to say this.....

we've been shipping them parts to assemble, THEN SHIP THE FINISHED PRODUCT BACK TO THE U.S......that's going to change to some degree now that corporate tax reduction becomes law next year...

I had a guy tell me once that we were shipping wood chips to China to feed their paper mills.

There are some things that unregulated global capitalism engenders that are just stupid.
