They were talking about this on the radio earlier. Supposedly this guy is going to get away with this somehow. Don't really understand that. If there's a video and it's our there in public view, it seems like that should suffice for bringing an assault charge.

OK, the article explains it. He didn't get away with anything. It sounds like he entered into a pre-trial diversion program. Those are fundamentally similar to a conviction. The practical difference is that the record is expunged. That's pretty meaningless considering everyone knows what he did and any MLB chances are gone.

Typical shitty Atlanta sports media, trying to manufacture controversy.

Hey,  I don't get it he's a freaking asshole for doing that but she is dealing with it and apparently she seems okay with it. They both need help.
