Brief site outage (fixed)

If you tried to do anything that required being logged in within the last 10 minutes or so, you may have received an error message. This was due to some work I'm doing to allow you to log in less, and also to make the read / unread topic system more reliable. You will probably need to log in again if you want to post anything, but otherwise things should be back to normal.

Still working on those improvements...
