Some clown in the Quarter had his "Audemars Piguet" stolen...

Supposedly it's a $100,000 watch. Reminds me of something Joe Pesci said, probably either in Casino or Goodfellas, about his wife's boyfriend's taste in watches. No matter how nice a watch you might buy or want, there's almost certainly some wackjob who owns one that's even better.

The watch, unless you are a diver, is going the way of the buggy whip. 

Owning the best buggy whip made is useless without a use for it.

Those are very nice designer watches but doesn't offer anything of significant value to me other than the gold.  Judging by its functionality, I'd rather have a 18k gold Rolex Daytona Cosmograph.  The Rolex offers more functions and as much or more actual gold weight.  With that said, whores and strippers are pretty good at identifying badass watches and will steal them in a fuckin hurry.  They will blow you and F you and feed you whatever they can to make you pass out so they can grab it and your wallet.

I recently located and sold a replacement Rolex to a guy because this same shit happened to him down there.  He had to replace it in a hurry before his wife noticed it being gone.
