86-42

Change is way, way, way overdue.

I expect this big mess in our place will at long last bring it.

Anybody know what we wa$te and the terms?

Re: 86-42

Such great potential wasted with the women’s program. I was in school when Janice Felder took us to the sweet 16. Shortly after, Brandy Reed, possibly one of the best athletes ever recruited at USM, got us back into the top 25. After Kay James left, this program folded as quick ad the women’s softball program. McNelis should have been fired 7 years ago. What a waste of money.

"Dr. Bennett has given me great confidence that I can drive the car," Gilbert Jr. said.

No self-study nonsense needed for this one, let the assistants finish out the season and/or contract years - step up, bro!

Only down 15 at half. Raise and extension.

We have a lot of other issues that need to be addressed prior to Women's basketball. As long as she's cheap and we have a respectable CUSA finish, who cares.

I agree that we have much more pressing issues but if the AD is getting paid $350K per year they need to address all sports including womens hoops. She gets paid $175K a season and that puts her in the top half of CUSA coaches salaries. Go find someone that is killing it in a lower conference or is an exceptional assistant at a P5 conference school and let them take over and make it their own. We need to be competitive in everything.........even womens beach volleyball now......

There is one?

Re: 86-42

It’s embarrassing that a visitor’s crowd at a women’s basketball game will outdraw our entire men’s ooc home schedule.

In fairness, Blue Mountain didn't have an opening this year for another trip to Hattiesburg. Just glad Rust fit us in.........

Re: 86-42

Wednesday will be a telling game. Kansas St lost their best player on Saturday. If we can win in Manhattan without using any racially charged chants we will be a tough out in conference this season.

When we merge in the regional Conference Giannini, "oui" will be fine. "Hour" luck, he will be it's first commissioner. Its refreshing to see so many USM'ers getting on board while looking at Eaglepost this morning.

I'd hire an assistant cheap and weight the contract with incentives. If they don't do well or stay long, so what, nobody cares.

I thought you ran off.

There is a world of stupid going on over there though.

Every time you run one topper off, 3 more show up even dumber than the previous one.

I liked the post about how USM gave up the fewest yards in FBS.

I read it and “like” things but I am not on EP. Paul is mistaken. I am not getting back on.

Re: 86-42

May be some men out there who identify as women that would like to play on our women's basketball team.
