In Remembrance Tribute

Southern Miss Football is an experience shared among a community, family, and friends.  Each year, that community loses members.  At Southern Miss, we want to honor our family and friends that we lost in the past year with a short memorial before the National Anthem at the home opening football game against Alcorn State on Saturday, Aug. 31. To request for USM to recognize and remember someone from the Southern Miss community, please contact the Athletic Office before 5PM on Friday, August 30.  Whether it's a friend, a family member, someone that tailgated or sat near you, please allow us to honor and remember them.

We still suck bigtime.
There's a big difference between optimism and an altered state of reality.
