I've changed the default from 20 to 12. (This is the number of replies per page you see when viewing a thread. I haven't changed the paging for anything else.)
This is to help page load time, particularly for things like the music video thread. 20 thumbnails is a lot to load, and I can't really throw my own hardware at the problem since those images come from YouTube.
Of course this is something I can change back based on your feedback. Also, each of you can override the site default by going to "Profile" (top menu) and then "Display" (left menu), and entering a different value into the "Posts" field in the "Enter your pagination options" section at the bottom of the page.
