I feel like I could round up a few guys at Lowe's and put together something pretty similar to that pavilion thing in a weekend or two. And it wouldn't cost $1.5 million.

So, the alumni assoc. is also going to pay some jackass bands to perform in hopes that a few of the loiterers will actually buy a ticket to a jackass football game? Insane!
