The Democrats just wander farther and farther out there by themselves every day. They're betting that people in their teens and twenties really are a bunch of stupid communists, that they will remain so into their adulthood, and that the Democratic Party will survive the inevitable short term backlash from the rest of us and reap the long term benefit of its own hard left turn. It's looking like a worse and worse bet every day.

It will take time, definitely not the next round of elections, but eventually this socialist mindset of tomorrow will either cripple the left by stealing votes or it will somehow join the left as a new unified party.

You don't think it's happening already? To me, the 2016 election was an example of them reaping what they'd sowed.

They lost me when they reacted to those Planned Parenthood videos by trying to imprison the people who filmed them. The left can't disavow people who literally talk about selling fetuses to get Lamborghinis? Fuck me, I'd vote for Bozo the Clown before I'd vote for someone like that.
