Almost there......

Combine 4 runs in the B8 against a decent Tampa squad with yet another dumb play by the Phillies in the 9th move the Braves to 4.5 games ahead and 5 games up in the L column.

I still think Philly will catchup with the Braves one more time before this season ends and make this uncomfortable but the schedule favors Atlanta to win this when its all done. To think about how young this team is you have to feel good about the next 5-7 years.

I'm not sure Philly catches up. There's talk of Brandon McCarthy coming back as a long reliever. Dansby and Ender seem to be heating back up.

I guess we don't really have "pennant races" anymore, though... what are they now?
