Venue matters so much in baseball now. They've been in that generic-looking dome for 20+ years. When the Devil Rays moved in, MLB was riding high on a wave of steroids and people were showing up for the sluggers. The rest of baseball has moved on and has a completely new model for making money.

Venue matters so much in baseball now. The rest of baseball has moved on and has a completely new model for making money.

I can give you one exception......The Marlins. New stadium.....new ownership.....still can’t sell.
