I don’t know if Los Hermanos has Taco de Lengua but you can get them at Carniceria Rosita on Highway 78 on the way to Snellville. I have eaten them although I am not a huge fan.

My father used to buy cow tongue and make sandwiches. Pretty good as I recall. Have never heard of it being served in a Mexican restaurant

Perhaps. The tongue, when prepared correctly, has the same texture as filet.
